Entering the temple and approaching the huge golden Buddha, there is a feeling of tranquility, peace and majesty. So, apart from watching all the very impressive statues and thangkas, just spend some time sitting and enjoying the atmosphere.

Since I posted this, the owner, Lerab Ling, has responded to tell people to look on the Lerab Ling web-site for information. Of course you can do this, but you will find a lot elsewhere that is not on the Lerab Ling web-site and that you should know about before you visit.
Stunning and surprising place - a hidden jewel on the Plateaux du Larzac! I recommend stopping for lunch + visit, on Sunday afternoon.
What a fascinating place Lerab Ling is: a traditional Tibetan temple embedded in a beautiful and enchanting environment. Just being there and sitting at the lake makes you forget all the troubles and worries of daily life.
